Return Policy

We only accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@anytiresonline.com. We'll evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item instead of attempting a return.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Please note that while we do not generally accept returns, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
